When you’re ready, open your tour in the app — the map guides you from stop to stop, and you can both listen to and read each story along the way.

Yes! Our audio tours are available 24/7, all year-round. You can explore at your own pace, in any season — whether it’s a sunny summer afternoon or a cozy winter evening. Many stops are even more atmospheric after dark, so feel free to experience the city by night too.

To enjoy your WandrCity tour, make sure you have:

• A smartphone with internet access.
• Enough battery — or a power bank if you plan to be out for a while.
• GPS and location services turned on.
• At least Android 10 or iOS 14 installed.
• Headphones or another way to listen to the audio stories if you don't want to listen out loud (not recommended) or read them yourself. 
• Comfortable shoes — you’ll be walking!
• And depending on the weather, maybe sunscreen or an umbrella.

Each WandrCity tour is designed to follow a specific route — every stop is placed in a thoughtful order to make the stories flow naturally and the navigation easy. We recommend following the suggested path for the best experience.

Yes, absolutely. Once you’ve unlocked a tour in the app, it stays available in your library. You can pause anytime and come back later — even the next day or week. When you reopen the app, your progress is saved, and you can pick up right where you left off.

Once you’ve redeemed your code in the app, your tour is yours to keep. You can open it anytime — days, weeks, or even months later. There’s no time limit, and you can replay it as many times as you like.
